RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All goods sold are non - returnable. We do not accept the return due to general dissatisfaction or take account for the allergic reactions our customers may have. We also do not accept any form of returns due to the hygienic and safety reasons – there are no exceptions to this.

If you received incorrect and damage items, we are here to assist you. We may replace or exchange items. If you would like to exchange your item, please send us a DM via Whatsapp or email us [email protected]. Our Customer Care Assistant will help to solve your concern.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

You have [7] business days to return an item (for exchange in correct or damaged item)  from the date you received it. Only return via courier with tracking number given is accepted, walk in will strictly not be entertained.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of use. Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Please do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.  

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Product purchased as part of a bundle set or multi-item pack (e.g.: Buy 1 Free 1, Purchase-with-Purchase, etc.), have to be exchanged/returned as a whole set.

Individual product within a bundle set or multi-item pack cannot be exchanged/returned.

“Final Item” which means Discounted items and Clearance items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged and refund.

"Free Gift" which means Free Gift with any Purchase is strictly cannot be returned, exchanged and refunded.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Any items returned without approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.

We tracks all returns for return abuse and reserve the right to regulate the number of exchanges or return at any time.

Damaged item during shipment

The customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If the product is found damage upon receiving, customer should immediately inform our support team via whatsapp within 24 hours.

DISCOUNT CODES, GIFTS

Please note that we do not extend any expiry of credit. All cashback must be used within the active period stated.

No discount codes/credit can be added to orders that have already been paid and refunds will not be given for missing coupon codes.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. You may use the other discount code for your next purchase within its active period.

REFUND POLICY
If we are unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other causes (For eg. out of stock, cancellation of pre-order and etc.).We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. we will proceed to refund your item. Refund will be credited into your original payment method depending on the period of time your financial institution required.

For refunds, you will be credited with the full value of the product, excluding any voucher(s) used.

For return and exchange, we may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will proceed to refund to your original payment method. We will not accept any refund for Final items.
